中西医结合现状与发展的思考

The Thinking About the Present Situation and Development of Integration Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目前中西医结合现状是认识存在误区,缺少完善的中西医结合基础理论体系,今后的发展要正确理解中西医结合内涵;建立完善的中西医结合基础理论体系,以提高临床疗效为目的,用现代科学理论来完善中医理论;注重病证结合,宏观与微观并进,丰富辨证论治内容;引入循证医学,提高中医科研、临床水平;培养高层次中西医结合人才。

The current status of recognizing integration traditional Chinese and western medicine have some errors,such as lack of a perfect theoretical basis of integration traditional chinese and western medicine systems.The development is necessary to understand the meaning of integration traditional Chinese and western medicine correctly in the future;to establish a sound foundation in the theoretical system,to improve the clinical efficacy for the purpose,use modern scientific theories to develop the traditional Chinese medicine theory;focus on integrating disease identification and syndrome differentiation and use macro-and micro-methods,enrich the content of Treatment;introducting evidence-based medicine to improve the traditional Chinese medicine research and develop the clinical level;training of high-level talent in the integration traditional Chinese and western medicine.
