慢性肾脏病的基本病机探讨和益肾清利 和络泻浊法应用的分析

慢性肾脏病是严重危害人类健康的重大疾病,目前在全球范围内正以惊人的速度持续增长。中医中药在慢性肾脏病治疗领域具有独特优势,尤其对于不同病期慢性肾脏病的辨证论治积累了宝贵的经验。慢性肾脏病是一种正虚邪实、虚实夹杂的疾病,正虚主要表现为气阴(血)两虚,邪实主要表现为血瘀及湿热等。长期的临床观察发现本病虽然有单纯气虚或单纯阴虚者,但随着疾病的进展,其相对应的阴虚或气虚证必将逐步显现。因此,根据证候演变规律,将慢性肾脏病的气虚证或阴虚证纳入气阴(血)两虚证辨治是可行的。治疗学中亦有"善补阳者,必于阴中求阳,则阳得阴助而生化无穷;善补阴者,必于阳中求阴,则阴得阳升而泉源不竭"的治疗策略。关于邪实,慢性肾脏病的肾络瘀痹证和湿热证则是参阅古今文献并结合临床实践总结,对慢性肾脏病而言它是常见的合并证候,若不予及时处理会影响疾病的发展和预后。

The chronic renal disease（CKD）can seriously damage the health of people.More and more people who had be diagnosed CKD every year in the globe.The traditional Chinese medicine has the special treatment to cure CKD.CKD is one of complicated disease which not only including asthenia and sthenia,but also including blood stasis and humid heat.With the time passing,CKD will be the syndrome of deficiency of QI or the syndrome of yin asthenia.So we can get a better effect by treating the syndrome of deficiency of QI or the syndrome of yin asthenia.At the same time,we must pay attention to heal the syndrome of blood stasis and humid heat which could affect the prognosis of CKD.
