头部矩阵针法改善脑卒中后抑郁状态的临床观察

A Clinical Study on Treating Post-stroke Depression By Head Matrix Acupuncture

目的:观察头部矩阵针法对中风后抑郁症的疗效,并与传统头针疗法进行对照,研究头部矩阵针法治疗中风后抑郁症的特点。方法:60例中风后抑郁症患者,随机分为两组,头部矩阵针法(治疗组)30例与传统头针疗法(对照组)30例。治疗48次后,观察比较两组中风后抑郁症的临床疗效、疗效与病程、性别、病性的关系、HAMD和SDS评分变化,并进行统计学处理。结果:观察表明,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组疗效随着病程的延长而下降;治疗组对照组性别、病性间的疗效比较均无显著差异(均P>0.05)。结论:头部矩阵针法对于中风后抑郁症有着肯定的疗效,并且优于传统头针疗法,早期治疗疗效更好。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of the head matrix acupuncture on treating post - stroke depression （PSD） and compare with the control - traditional scalp acupuncture and to study the characteristics of head matrix acupuncture treatment for PSD. Methods ：60 cases of PSD patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases were treated by the head matrix acupuncture （treatment group） and another 30 cases were treated by traditional scalp acupuncture （control group）. In the mean time, all the patients were also treated by the routine body acupuncture. After 48 times of treatment, the clinical efficacy and its relationship with the disease course, sex and disease characteristics were observed and compared between 2 groups of patients. And HAMD and SDS score changes, before and after treatment, were also compared. Results：Observation showed there was a significant efficacy difference between the treatment and control group （ P 〈 0. 05）, significant difference efficacy in treatment group with different course （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but no significant difference efficacy in treatment and the control group with different gender and disease characters （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, HAMD score of both groups were lower （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, which of treatment group was signifi- cantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, SDS score was significantly lower in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05）, significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Head matrix acupuncture for PSD has a significant effect and its efficacy was superior to the traditional scalp acupuncture therapy. The therapy has a broader scope of application, which applies to both genders and ischemic and hemorrhagic PSD. Using Head matrix acupuncture in earlier course can significantly improve the PSD efficacy.
