耳穴诊断和临床应用在上消化道癌中的研究进展

Research Advance on Ear Diagnostic and Clinical Applications in Upper Gastrointestinal Cancer

上消化道癌是当今危害人类健康和生命的严重疾病,且发病率和死亡率很高。耳为"宗脉之所聚",当人体患病时,与疾病有关的耳穴会产生相应的反应,而刺激这些穴位可用于全身各种疾病的治疗。耳郭诊断是我国早期发现肿瘤的特色方法,而耳针疗法以其安全、有效、无药物不良反应等优势,在上消化道癌的治疗中发挥着特定的作用。试对耳穴诊断上消化道癌的常用方法,及耳穴刺激在该类病变中的临床应用进行了回顾,希望对临床更普通、深入地开展此项工作有所裨益。

Upper Gastrointestinal Cancer,with high morbidity and mortality,is the serious disease agaist the human health and life.Ear is aggregation of converging meridians.When the human body is sickness,the disease-related ear points will produce a corresponding response.Stimulating these points can be used for systemic treatment of various diseases.Auricle diagnosis is the early detection of tumors,as a characteristics method in our courty.Auricular therapy,with safe effect and no adverse drug reactions,plays a specific role in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal cancer.This article tries to summarize ear diagnostic methods and clinical application by stimulating these points in this disease,and hopes that a more general clinical depth to be useful to carry out this work.
