摘要
基于超声波脉冲反射式测厚原理,构建一套超声波在线检测系统,通过测定轴心偏离轴承中心位置计算动压轴承的磨损深度,并进行简易实验。实验结果表明超声波能够用于在线监测动压轴承的磨损情况。
Based on the study of thickness measuring principle by using an ultrasonic reflection instrument, an on-line integrated ultrasonic measuring system was set up. The wear depth of hydrodynamic sliding bearing could be calculated by measuring the distance between the center of shaft and the center of bearing. The simple experiment was done. The experimental results prove that ultrasonic can be used for on-line monitoring the wear condition of hydrodynamic sliding bearing.
