摘要 分析在目前技术水平下实现基于实例推理CAPP系统的可行性,依据工艺实例知识表达和人工工艺设计过程的要求,建立零件特征信息模型的总体结构,构建工艺实例检索特征的层次结构,提出通过计算机对相似工艺实例进行递进式检索的策略,论述零件的分层工艺决策方法,建立基于实例推理的实用型CAPP的工艺决策模型。 The feasibility of CAPP system based on ease reasoning was analysed at present technical level. An overall structure of part feature information model was set up and a layer structure relied on the retrieve feature of process ease was constructed, in terms of the desire for the expression of process case knowledge and the process of artificial craft planning. A strategy that used computer to retrieve the similar craft cases progressively was discussed. A method of the part layered process decision was illustrate and a practical CAPP process decision model which based on ease reasoning was set up.
