摘要
退货逆向物流是B2C电子商务交易中无法回避的问题。加强退货逆向物流的管理,不仅可以提高企业的信誉和消费者的满意度,而且还会提高企业的竞争力。作者对B2C电子商务交易中退货逆向物流产生的原因及其作用进行了一定的探讨,并对合理规避退货逆向物流以及退货逆向物流的实施提出了具体的建议。
Return reverse logistics is a problem which can not evade in B2C E-commerce transactions. To strengthen the manage, merit of return reverse logistics, it not only enhance the enterprise's prestige and consumerls degree of satisfaction, but also to im, prove the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper discusses the causes of return reverse logistics and its role, and put forward the concrete proposal for reasonably circumvent and implement the return reverse logistics.
