Teacher In-depth Business Practice Experience

为了进一步提高教师的实践能力,单纯的理论教学已无法满足现实的要求,如何实现理论与实践结合,缩短职业教育与企业人才需求之间的差距,是我们都在思索的问题。基于这个问题笔者深入企业,通过了解公司的实际状况,对教学工作的启示感受很深,颇具心德,希望能为理论教学提供借鉴和帮助。

In order to advance the practical ability of teachers, a simple theory teaching has been unable to meet the practical requirements, how to integrate theory with practice, vocational education and business professionals to shorten the gap between the demand, we are thinking about the problem. Based on this issue I enterprises, adoption of the understanding of the company of some of the conditions and enterprises in the professional demand, written this paper, hope that our teaching of the theory of reference and to help.
