基于就业视角的产业结构调整策略研究——无锡市案例研究

A Study on Readjustment of the Industrial Structure in Wuxi from the Perspective of Employment

改革开放以来,无锡市的经济成就举世瞩目。但要进一步实现经济社会又好又快发展的目标要求,全面构筑以人为本的和谐社会,产业结构的优化升级是必经之路。而产业结构的调整既要满足经济发展的要求,又要符合劳动力基本情况。分析了无锡市产业结构演变规律以及三个产业不同时期的就业吸纳弹性,并进一步分析无锡第三产业和第二产业内部结构和特点,提出了优化产业内行业结构的政策建议。

Since reform and opening up, the success of economic in Wuxi has attracted worldwide attention. However, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is the essential way, in order to achieve further economic and social development, and build a people-centered harmonious society. And the readjustment of the industrial structure is to coordinate economic development, and also consistent with the basic situation of labor. This paper analyzes the evolution of the industrial structure in Wuxi, as well as the employment absorb flexibility of three industries in different periods. On this basis, the article analyzes the internal structure and characteristics of the tertiary and second industries, then put forward several policy recommendations to optimize the structure within the industries.
