摘要
目的研究洋葱提取物对高血脂大鼠的降血脂作用。方法采用给予高脂饲料建立大鼠高血脂模型,试验前检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量。根据TC水平,将大鼠随机分成4组:高脂模型组和0.5、1.0、3.0g/kg.bw3个洋葱提取物剂量组,剂量组预防性给予洋葱提取物30d,禁食16h测定大鼠血清TC、TG和HDL-C含量。结果与高脂模型组比较,洋葱提取物1.0、3.0g/kg.bw剂量组TC、TG降低,差异有显著性。结论洋葱提取物具有辅助降血脂作用。
Ahn To investigate the lipid-lowering effect of onion,s extraction on hyperhpidemia rats. Methods Hyperlipidemia rat model was established by high lipid food diet. The levels of serum TC,TG and HDL-C of the rats were determined before the experiment . the rats were divided into 4 groups according to the TC level,namely the model group and 0.5,1.0 and 3.0 g/kg.bw onion, s extraction groups. The levels of TC, TG and HDL-C in rats of preventive dose group 30 after fed with onion extractonion,s extraction and 16 hours after fasting. Results Compared to that of the high lipid feeding grou, the levels of TC and TG in rats of 1.0g and 3.0 g/kg.bw dose groups were aparently reduced showing significant differences. Conclusion Onion's extraction may possesses the subsidiary effect in treatment of hyperlipidemia.
