白癜风患者外周血中IL-17和IL-23检测的临床意义

Clinical significance of detection of levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in vitiligo patients

目的观察白癜风患者外周血IL-17和IL-23的变化,探讨Th17细胞在白癜风发病中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测44例白癜风患者及40例健康对照外周血IL-17和IL-23的含量。结果白癜风患者外周血IL-17和IL-23的水平与健康对照相比均显著升高(P<0.05)。白癜风患者IL-17含量与病程呈负相关(r=-0.45,P<0.05),与皮损面积呈正相关(r=0.36,P<0.05)。结论 Th17细胞在白癜风发病过程中可能发挥一定的作用。

Aim To observe the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in peripheral blood of vitiligo patients and analyze the role of Thl7 cells in the pathogenesis of vitiligo. Methods There 44 vitiligo patients and 40 healthy control were enrolled in this study. The levels of IL-17 and IL-23 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of IL-17 and IL-23 were significantly higher than those of healthy controls （P〈0.05）.The level of IL-17 was negatively correlated with the course of the disease （r=-0.45,P〈0.05）,and positively correlated with area of skin lesions （r=0.36,P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Thl7 cells may play a role in the pathogenesis of vitiligo.
