摘要
目的建立测定新磺棕口服混悬液中磺胺甲噁唑和甲氧苄胺嘧啶含量的方法。方法采用双波长分光光度法,在256.2nm、304nm、238.4nm和295nm波长处测定其吸光度,并计算含量。结果磺胺甲噁唑和甲氧苄胺嘧啶检测浓度的线性范围分别为3.80~16.20μg/m(lr=0.9883),5.85~30.10μg/m(lr=0.9964);平均回收率分别为SMZ:97.93%(RSD=0.04%,n=5),TMP:99.55%(RSD=0.01%,n=5)。结论本法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂中主药的含量测定。
Aim To determine the contents of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim pyrimidine in methyl brown oral suspension of amines. Methods The absorbency at 256.2nm, 304nm, 238.4nm and 295nm was determined with doublewavelength spectrophotometry and the contents were calculated. Results The concentrations of sulfamcthoxazolc and trimethoprim amine of linear detection range were 3.80~16.20μg/ml(r=0.9883) and 5.85-30.10μg/ml(r=0.9964); the average recoveries of SMZ and TMP were 97.93% (RSD=0.04%,n=5),99.55%(RSD=0.01%,n=5). Conclusion The method is simple,fast and accurate for determination of eotents of sulfamethoxazole,trimethoprim amine pyrimidine in oralsuspension.
