建立社会型急救网络的探讨

The Exploration on the Establishment of the First-aid Network of Social Type

建立"城市中心医院—急救(120)—社区医院"的社会型急救网络,是提高全社会急救水平、提高急救成功率的关键所在,也是当今急救医学发展的主要趋向。建立社会型急救网络,应包括信息网络与社会型急救网络。信息网络只是通过信息流缩短急救时间;而社会型急救网络则以城市中心医院为基础,把急救站建立在社区,通过建立社区紧急救援志愿救护队,和对社区医院人群进行相关培训,做到"急救社会型、结构网络化、抢救现场化、知识普及化"。提高急救患者的生存率,减少急救患者致残率。

The establishment of the first-aid network of social type in ＂the community hospital of rural central hospitals＂ is the key to upgrading the level of first-aid service,the success rate and the development tendency of the present first-aid medicine.The establishment of the first-aid network of social type involves information network and the first-aid network of social type.The former one shortens the first-aid time with information flow while the latter builds the first-aid stations in the communities by taking the urban central hospitals as the bases.And the relevant training is offered to the human groups of the community hospitals to realize ＂the socialized first aid,networked structure,rescue on the site and the knowledge popularization by establishing voluntary first-aid teams in the emergent events of public health in communities,thus to increase the survival rate of the emergency patients and decrease the disabled rate of the emergency patients.
