输血质量直接关系到患者生命安全,医院领导的重视是做好此项工作的关键。在临床用血管理中,加强临床用血组织管理与输血科的建设,加强医师培训,注重环节管理,定期监督与检查,设计载体,严格奖惩标准,定期考核公示,落实整改措施,以促进临床用血质量持续改进,保证临床用血科学合理安全有效。

Blood quality in transfusion directly relates to patients＇ life safety,and the attention paid by the leaders in our hospital plays a key role in getting the job well done.In the management of clinical blood use,we enhance the organization and the management of clinical blood use and the construction of blood transfusion department as well as the training of doctors,give regular supervision and examination,design a carrier,make strict standards for rewards and punishments,undertake regular assessment and publication,implement rectification and reform so as to promote the sustainable quality improvement in clinical blood use and guarantee the scientific,reasonable,safe and effective clinical blood use.
