摘要
光谱技术是研究小分子和生物大分子相互作用的非常有效且应用最广泛的方法。综述了20世纪90年代以来环境污染物质与血清白蛋白、核酸等生物大分子相互作用的研究现状,重点介绍了光谱法研究进展。
The interaction between small molecule and biological molecule is usually researched by spectroscopy, because of its effectivity and popularity. In this paper, the development at home and abroad after 1990＇s of the interaction between environment pollutants and biological molecule, such as serum albumin and DNA is reviewed. The spectroscopy methods of this theme are mainly introduced classifiedly.
