所有权作为一种基本的财产权,对其作合理、适度的限制是所有权保护的内在要求。但所有权限制,必须坚持科学的指导原则,如:不得滥用"公共利益"原则、利益比较原则、所有权平等限制原则等,只有这样才能既充分保护各类所有权主体的权利,又能严格限制公权力对所有权的非法侵犯。

Proprietorship is the basic kind of property right. It is the innate requirement of proprietorship to be limited rationally and properly. Scientific principles should be followed such as no public interest abuse, interest comparison, and equal opportunity of proprietorship, with which the subjects of ownership can be better protected and avoid public power abuse.
