摘要
知识经济时代,如何对知识员工进行科学的绩效考核已成为高管及人力资源部门关心的问题。文章通过介绍知识员工的内涵,针对当前知识员工考核常用的方法及存在问题,来寻求适合四种典型知识员工的绩效考核对策,并展望了知识员工绩效考核的趋势。
In a knowledge-based economy, the problem that how to evaluate the performance of knowledge employees scientifically has become executives and human resources department' s issues of concern. By the introduction of knowledge staffs' connotation, and the common methods and existing problems about the current knowledge worker evaluation, this paper tries to seek for the performance evaluation methods that fit to the four typical kinds of knowledge workers. At last,it takes a look at the trend of knowledge staff performance evaluation.
