摘要
完善高校学生干部激励管理,要根据双因素理论的基本原理,在满足学生干部保健因素需求的基础上创造机会设置激励因素。在激励因素维度,充分授权与肯定,加强工作内激励,建立学生干部发展性评价制度,实行目标激励;在保健因素维度,要培养学生干部正确的政治方向,营造良好的工作环境和心理环境,应用"公平理论",建立科学的绩效评价机制,完善学生干部职业生涯规划体制,满足学生干部自身发展需求。
Improving college student leaders inspiring system should be based on bi-factor theory. In terms of inspiring factors,approval and trust are very important with a inner job inspiring method. It is proposed to set up a developing evaluation system and goal driven reward. In terms of psychological dimension,it is important to help them set up a correct political direction,create a better working and mental environment. A scientific evaluation system is also important with a better career planning system to meet the need of self-development.
