捐资办学的新形式:海外乡亲在广州设立的教育基金类型分析

The New Forms of Donating Money for Education:Types of the Education Fund Established by Overseas Chinese in Guangzhou

文章以广州为个案,剖析了改革开放以来海外乡亲设立教育基金的原因,并且从教育基金的投入形式、教育基金设立的区域、教育基金受益的范围、教育基金的设立形式、教育基金的用途等五大方面分析了海外乡亲设立的教育基金的类型,以期为其他地区的教育捐赠起一个借鉴作用。

This paper, taking Guangzhou as the case, analyzing the reasons of the establishment of the education fund by Overseas Chinese since the reform and opening-up. The types of the education funds set up by Overseas Chinese are from the following five aspects：the form of inputting the education funds ,the region of setting up the education funds, the scope of benefitting from the education funds, the form of setting up the education funds, and the use of the education funds. This may play an reference role for donation to education of other regions.
