摘要
大学生的自我效能感对学习能力和人格发展有着直接的影响。通过介绍自我效能感的概念、形成及对大学生的影响,进而提出提高大学生自我效能感的途径。
College students＇ self-efficacy brings a direct effect on their leaming ability and personality development. This article introduces the concept and fashion of self-efficacy and the influence on students, and then puts forward the ways to improve the self-efficacy of college students.
