理工科院校复合型日语人才培养的思考

Consideration on Education of Inter-disciplinary Japanese Talents in Science and Engineering Universities

随着我国经济建设的发展和改革开放的不断深化,社会发展和经济建设对复合型日语人才提出了迫切的需求,复合型人才的培养引起了国内教育界的高度重视。基于此,分析了社会对复合型日语人才的需求,从培养目标、课程建设、实践基地建设、师资队伍建设和教学手段等方面,论述了理工科院校依托学科优势培养复合型日语人才的对策。

With China＇s economic development and its continuous deepening of reform and opening up, inter-disciplinary Japanese talents are urgently demanded for social development and economic construction. Education of inter-disciplinary Japanese talents attracts great attention of domestic educational circle. Accordingly, this paper analyses the social demand for inter-disciplinary Japanese talents. It elaborates the countermeasures of educating inter-disciplinary Japanese talents taken by universities of science and technology relying on its discipline advantage from the aspects of training objectives, curriculum construction, practice base construction, faculty construction and teaching methods and so on.
