Social work is an applied subject which mainly serves to solve social problems. Practical and substantive is its essential attributes as well as its prominent features. The four systems of social work profession consists of content system, platform system, teaching staffsystem and management system, all of which are the main part of constructing the practical teaching mode in social work profession as well as a meaningful attempt to train creative talents of social profession work.
