摘要
针对奥氏体不锈钢卡套硬度低、抗刮擦性能差、使用寿命短等问题,本文分别采用低温离子渗氮,离子渗碳和离子氮碳共渗对奥氏体不锈钢卡套进行表面硬化处理。实验结果表明,低温离子渗碳处理后奥氏体不锈钢卡套表面获得的硬化层各项性能指标如硬度、组织、性能等均能满足其使用要求。
Due to low hardness, poor anti-scratch performance, short service life and so on, the issues about for austenitie stainless steel cutting ferrule, in this paper, using low temperature plasma nitriding, plasma carburizing and plasma nitrocarburizing, the surface of austenitic stainless steel cutting ferrule is sureface hardened. The experimental results show that various performance index such as hardness, structure, etc can meet their application requirements in the hardening layer of austenitic stainless steel cutting ferrule after the low temperature plasma carburizing.
