摘要
本文通过分析国内热处理行业的现状及问题,提出建立以持续改进为目标,以多层次知识库为支撑,强调可视化管理、精益过程控制、绩效评价与改善的信息化平台,按照"面向设备、面向车间、面向企业、面向行业"的指导思路为热处理专业综合管理能力的提升提供全方位的方案和建议,最后以大连海威集团为应用背景检验该解决方案的有效性和实用性。
Based on analyzing the domestic current situation and problems of heat treatment industry, this paper proposes several suggestions for improving managing capability in the field of heat treatment based on continuous improvement as the goal, supporting by multi-level knowledge base, emphasizing visible management, lean-control of process, and information platform of performance evaluation and improving. According to the grading Idea of facing equipment, facing workshop, facing enterprise and facing industry , a full range of programs and proposals for the heat treatment to enhance the professional capacity of the integrated management are provied in this paper. Finally, the validity and practicability of the project are examined by the background for the application of Dalian Haiwei Corp.
