摘要
以甲基纤维素(MC)与海藻酸钠(AG)为原料,在不同质量投料比、不同酸度、含不同浓度交联剂的条件下,制备复合膜。实验表明,用CaCl2作交联剂时,组分中甲基纤维素含量高,酸度低,交联剂含量低的配方制成的膜性能优;当组分中海藻酸钠含量高,有一定酸度,并应加入一定量的交联剂所制的膜性能优。最佳成膜的条件是:(1)MC:AG=1:4,用1%的乙酸溶解组分,并加0.05%的交联剂;(2)MC:AG=4:1,用蒸馏水溶解组分,并加入0.025%的交联剂。释药率最高的组分是MC:AG=1:4,可以达到66.42%。药物包封率最高的组分是MC:AG=4:1的组分,可以达到63.16%。
Generates separately the membranes which formed by methyl cellulose (MC) and the sodium alginate(AG) in different feed weight ratio,different acidity,and different density crosslinking agent condition. The results showed that using the crosslinking agent with CaCl2,when the content of methyl cellulose is high,the acidity is low,and the content of crosslinking agent is low,the membrane's performance is superior; When the content of sodium alginate is high,with certain acidity and certain crosslinking agent,the membrane's performance is superior. The best membrane formation condition is: (1) MC:AG=1: 4,using 1% ethanoic acid to dissolute component,with 0.05% crosslinking agent;(2) MC:AG=4:1,using the distilled water to dissolute component,with 0.025% crosslinking agent. The highest drug release rate may achieve 66.42%,it's composition is MC:AG=1:4. The highest drug envelope rate may achieve 63.16%,it's component is MC:AG =4:1.
