摘要
通过分析当前电业局的需求．设计并实现了一种开放式多线径的远程电表粱抄系统，个绍系统的总体设计及各模块的功能，详细描述了抄录数据功能和报表分析生成模块的具体实现。
This paper analyze the rcquirement of power supply bureau, briuging out a kind of Remote Concentrate Reading System that is extensibility and multithreading. The paper introduce the whole design of the system and the function of each lnodule, especially discuss the design and realization of the data reading function module and the report forms thnction module in detail.
