摘要
近年采,各商业银行积极拓展信用卡业务。拓展业务的渠道非常有限,在发放并收回大量调查问卷后,仅仅通过问卷得分来判断潜在的客户利用人工神经网络来分析调查问卷,给出专家意见,得出的研究结论可有效地挖掘潜在信用卡客户。使用这种方法在增加业务拓展成功概率的同时,也相应地减少了商业银行工作人员的工作量。
The market of-credit card is developing very fast recently. There are not many methods can be used to exploiting the market. Giving off questionnaire and judging the score is the only way of estimating potential users. Analyzing questionnaire using neural network effectively unveils potential users by concluding expert opinion. This way increases the probability of success in exploiting the market, meanwhile, reduces the burden of-personnel of commercial bank.
