摘要
飞剪是轧机线的重要组成部分,控制性能直接影响着飞剪的剪切精度与功能投入率。讨论了经冷连轧机轧制出的带钢,当其剪切点在冷连轧机的末机架入口出现后,轧机出口飞剪对带钢进行剪切的控制算法,在飞剪进行剪切过程中,加入惯性补偿环节,采用所述控制方法进行剪切,飞剪响应快速灵敏,带钢剪切断面光滑。
The flying shear is an important part of the tandem mill line. The control performance affects cutting accuracy and function devotion ratio directly. The control process and relevant algorithm for cutting strips by flying shears were discussed and developed under conditions that the cut point of strip is positioned at the entry of the last stand of tandem cold mill (TCM). At the process of cutting,we add the inertia compensation tache. The flying shear controlled by such a procedure and relevant algorithm respondes fast and astutely and the strip sections cutted off are proved greatly slick.
