基于模糊神经网络和PI控制的异步电机位置控制系统

摘要 提出一种用于异步电机位置控制的模糊神经网络(fuzzy neural network,FNN)控制器。其控制系统采用Sugeno型FNN和比例积分(proportional integrate,PI)控制进行构建。在进行试验测试之前,利用实验数据库和梯度算法对模糊神经网络进行在线训练。利用DS1104型DSP控制卡实现控制算法。利用该控制器对异步电机进行位置控制,在电机施加非线性负载和发生参数扰动的条件下,对控制系统的功能以及鲁棒性进行测试,试验结果表明,该控制系统能够保证电机稳定有效的工作。 A fuzzy neural network (FNN) controller which is used for position controlled of induction motor drive was proposed. A Sugeno type FNN and a proportional integrate controller was adopted for the proposed control system. Before the experimental studies, the FNN -PI controller was trained on-line using experimental data's. DSl104 digital signal processor control card was used to implement the control algorithm. The proposed FNN - PI controller was used for the position control of induction motor drive. The performance and the robustness of the control system was tested for nonlinear motor loads and parameter variations. Experimental result shows that this controller ensures stable and efficient work of the induction motor.
