摘要
PLC以其高可靠性,较强的工业环境适应性在工业领域得到了广泛的应用。但由于强电磁干扰、安装或使用不当等原因,使其可靠性降低,甚至损坏。因此采用适当的抗干扰措施变得尤为重要。系统的分析了影响PLC控制系统可靠性的干扰因素及其来源,并结合现场实际经验全面介绍了可能发生的情况和问题,提出了处理干扰因素及其干扰源的合理有效的措施。
PLC is widely used in industry because of its high reliability and strong adjustability. But its reli- ability will come lower, even be broken, because of strong electromagnetic disturbance or incorrectly using. So it is very important to use some appropriate method of anti-jamming. This systematic analysis of the impact of the reliability of PLC control system interference factors and their sources was given. Combined with on-site practical experience,a comprehensive introduction to the situations and problems that may occur was given. The source of interference and interference factors was managed with effective measures.
