摘要
尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸基转移酶(UDP-glucuronosyltransferase,UGT)是生物体内进行第Ⅱ相生物转化时最重要的一种酶。UGT广泛分布于人体的肝、肾和肠等不同组织,代谢大量的外源性毒性物质和内源性物质。研究发现,UGT1A基因多态性是个体间葡萄糖醛酸化活性差异的重要原因之一。本文就UGT1A基因多态性的研究现状予以综述。
Uridinediphosphoglucuronate-glucuronosyhransferase (UGT) is the most important enzyme of the body in phase II metabolism. UGT is widely distributed in multiple tissues, including liver, kidney and intestine, which metabolizes a large number of exogenous toxic substances and endogenous substances. Studies found that UGT1 A genetic polymorphism is one of the important reasons for the variability of glucuronic acid metabolism between individuals. This paper reviews the current concept and new advances on UGT gene mutation.
