聚(N-丙烯酰基-氨基四唑)合成及表征 被引量:1

Synthesis and characterization of poly(N-acryloyl-amino-tetrazole) as flame inhibitor

摘要 在浓碱溶液条件下丙烯酰氯和5-氨基四唑反应,合成了新型高含氮聚合物聚(N-丙烯酰基-氨基四唑)。其主要创新点是将高氮化合物5-氨基四唑引入到了高分子链上。测定了此聚合物在选定溶剂中的溶解度,用二甲基亚砜溶解聚合物测定特性黏度,并测定了聚合物的吸湿率等性能。结果表明,此聚合物相对分子质量适中,吸湿率较低,可以用作发射药的高分子消焰剂。 In this study,a new type of high nitrogen polymer poly(N-acryloyl amino-tetrazole) was synthesized for propellant flame inhibitor by acryloyl chloride and 5-amino-tetrazole in the concentrated alkaline solution.The main innovation is the introduction of nitrogen compound 5-amino-tetrazole into the polymer chain.The solubility of this polymer in the selected solvents was determined;and the intrinsic viscosity was determined using dimethyl sulfoxide to dissolve the polymer.Also the moisture absorption rate of the polymer was measured.The results show that the polymer molecular weight is moderate,with low moisture absorption rate,can be used as propellant flame inhibitor.
