我国农村社会养老保险从20世纪80年代中期开始试点探索,时至今日,已有23年的历程,大致经历了探索试点期、稳步发展期、衰退期、恢复与创新发展期。回顾我国农村社会养老保险制度的历史演进过程,反思其中存在的问题,总结历史经验和教训,对我们构建良好有序的新型农村社会养老保险制度意义重大。

China＇s rural social endowment insurance that was explored in the mid 1980s has 23 - year history. And it has got through four main stages： experience period, steady development period, degeneration period, recovery and innovation period. It is of great significance for us to review the Evolution of China＇s rural soeial endowment insurance system, reflect these problems, sum up historical experience and lessons. Thus we can build a good and orderly new type of rural social endowment insurance system.
