摘要
以钛酸酯偶联剂(NDZ101)作为偶联剂,采用超声波辅助溶液共混的方式制备了聚苯乙烯(PS)/纳米掺锑SnO2(ATO)复合材料,利用扫描电子显微镜研究了复合材料的微观结构,探讨了钛酸酯偶联剂对ATO分散性及复合材料导电性能的影响.实验结果表明:ATO经偶联剂处理后,能在PS中较均匀地分散;PS添加导电粉末ATO后具有较好的导电性;纳米ATO加入5%质量分数时,复合材料具有良好的物理机械性能.
The PS/ATO nanocomposites were prepared by solution-mixing method.Structures,electrical and mechanical properties of the nanocomposites were studied by tensile testing,conductivity measurement and SEM.Results indicate that nano-ATO is distributed in PS matrix homogeneously when titanate coupling agent is present and the conducting network formed at low nano-ATO content.Nanocomposites with 5 loading of nano-ATO demonstrates an overall excellent mechanical properties.
