摘要 利用共沉淀方法制备了ZrO2:Eu3+荧光粉体,研究了不同煅烧温度和掺杂浓度对样品结构和发光性质的影响.在不同煅烧温度和掺杂浓度下,样品结构含有单斜相和四方相2种不同结构,其比例不同.在不同温度下,监测615 nm的激发光谱发现:基质ZrO2和Eu3+之间存在能量传递,当样品结构为单斜相时,能量传递最强;研究激发波长为243 nm的发射光谱可知:晶面结构不同可以引起Eu3+特征发射光谱的变化.研究荧光强度与激活离子Eu3+浓度关系发现:荧光强度先随浓度提高而提高,在浓度为4 mol%时达到最大,然后又随之降低. The phosphor body ZrO2: Eu^3+ was prepared by co-precipitation method to study the different calcination temperature and doping concentration on the sample structure and luminescence properties.At different calcination temperature and doping concentration,the sample structure contained two different structures-monoclinic phase and tetragonal phase,the ratio of two structures is different.At different calcination temperature,the 615 nm excitation spectra was monitored and the energy transfer between ZrO2 and Eu^3+ was found,the energy transfer efficience is the most hightest for the monoclinic phase;the studies on the emission spectra of the excitation wavelength 243 nm showed that the different crystal surface structure changed the emission spectra Eu^3+.The studies on the relationship between the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of Eu^3+ showed that the fluorescence intensity increases with the increase of the concentration,the fluorescence intensity is the strongest when the concentration of Eu^3+ is 4 mol%,then the fluorescence intensity decreases when the concentration of Eu^3+ increased.
