摘要
利用密度泛函方法计算铁电体和3d过渡金属的复合薄膜在铁磁组分改变下磁电效应的变化,以期寻找到具有更大磁电效应的铁磁铁电成分组合.
In this paper,density-functional calculations of the change of magnetoelectric effect is porformed when the ferromagnetic component is changed,and the composite structure of ferroelectric and ferromagnetic components are found,which show more remarkable magnetoelectric effect.
