摘要
以马蹄莲鲜切花为试材,采用溶液培养法和用0.2~3.2 mg/L epiBR处理,研究油菜素内酯对瓶插马蹄莲切花保鲜抗衰的影响。结果表明:1.4 mg/L epiBR处理对马蹄莲切花具有显著的保鲜抗衰作用。与对照相比,花瓣MDA含量降低15.71%,质膜相对透性降低28.65%,组织水势提高29.09%,脯氨酸含量降低29.35%,观赏品质提高68.1%,瓶插寿命延长25.9%。高于1.4 mg/L epiBR处理的有效作用降低,甚至加速马蹄莲切花衰老。epiBR对马蹄莲切花的抗衰保鲜作用具双重效应。
In this experiment, the fresh cut flowers of Calla Lily(Zantedeschia aethiopica)were used as experiment materials treated with 0.2~3.2 mg/L epiBR(2,4-epibrassinolide) and solution culture in order to research the anti-senescence and preserving freshness effects of BR(brassinolide) on Cut Calla Lily. Results showed that 1.4 mg/L epiBR could significantly improve the effect of anti-senescence and preserving freshness on Cut Common Calla Lily. Compared with the control, the treatment with 1.4 mg/L epiBR the level of malondialdehyde(MDA) in petal decreased by 15.71%, the relative plasma membrane permeability of petal tissue decreased by 28. 65%, the water potential of petal tissue increased by 29.09%, the proline content in petal decreased by 29. 35%, increased the ornamental value by 68. 1 %, and prolonged the vase life by 25.9 %. However, the concentration of epiBR higher than 1.4 mg/L was less effective or even promoted senescence of Cut Common Cally Lily.
