数控机床实时在线状态监测和预测的STEP-NC集成技术研究

摘要 针对目前STEP-NC体系中缺乏对于数控机床实时在线运行状态监测和预测信息有效反馈并分析的缺点,本文提出了一种基于数控机床实时在线状态监测和状态预测技术的STEP-NC集成技术结构,在采用开放式PC+I/O软件化多轴联动数控系统的基础上,重点分析了这种新型的STEP-NC系统结构的实现原理。 Aimed at the lack of the effectively feedback from the real-time on-line operating status monitoring and predicting in the CNC machine-tcols to the STEP-NC system, a new STEP-NC integration structure based on the real-time on-line operating status monitoring and predicting technologies was established. On the basis of the PC + I/O open-structured multi-axis CNC system, this paper mainly analyzes the realization on this new STEP-NC integration structure.
