摘要
简述膜式空气弹簧的结构,建立其有限元模型,获得其载荷—垂向位移的关系曲线,研究帘线参数对其承载能力的影响。结果表明,帘线角和帘线层数是影响膜式空气弹簧垂向特性的重要因素。
This paper briefly describes the structure and establishes FEA model of the rolling lobe air spring, attains its relation curves of load-vertical displacement, and studies the effects of cord parameters on its load-carrying ability. The results show that the cord angle and cord plies are important factors that affect the vertical characteristic of rolling lobe air springs.
