两种术式治疗直肠前突的临床分析

Clinical analysis of two kinds of procedures for rectocele

目的对治疗直肠前突的两种术式:经阴道修补术,经肛门修补并内外括约肌部分切断术进行疗效分析。方法将我科2006～2009年先后收治122例直肠前突患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组62例,采用经肛门切开直肠前壁黏膜间断缝合修补并内外括约肌部分切断术;对照组60例采用经阴道修补术,对临床资料进行分析总结。结果两种术式对直肠前突的治愈率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经肛门切开直肠前壁黏膜间断缝合修补并内外括约肌部分切断术治疗直肠前突较经阴道修补术疗效好。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of two kinds of procedures for rectocele. Methods A total of 122 patients with rectocele were randomly divided into 2 groups：the treatment group（n=62）received partial internal and external sphincterotomy and rectal mucosa discontinuons vertical-shaped ligation,the control group（n=60）received transvaginal repair.Results There was significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Partial internal and external sphincterotomy and rectal mucosa discontinuons vertical-shaped ligation is an effective procedure for rectocele.
