甜茶甙和木糖醇对变形链球菌合成水不溶性胞外多糖的对比研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的比较不同浓度甜茶甙和木糖醇对变形链球菌产酸及合成水不溶性胞外多糖的能力是否有差异。方法采用二倍稀释法,将甜茶甙和木糖醇稀释为6个浓度,以TTY液体培养基作为阴性对照组,加入变形链球菌液,厌氧培养24h后,蒽酮法测定水不溶性胞外多糖的含量。结果随着甜茶甙溶液浓度的升高,变形链球菌合成水不溶性胞外多糖的能力降低(P<0.01);对照组合成水不溶性胞外多糖的能力高于甜茶甙组和木糖醇组(P<0.01)。结论甜茶甙和木糖醇均能抑制变形链球菌合成水不溶性胞外多糖。 Objective To compare the effect of different concentrations Rubrus Suarissimus S. Lee saponin and Xylitol on the amount of insoluble exopolysaccharides produced by the Streptococcus mutans. Methods Rubrus Suarissimus S. Lee saponin and Xylitol were divided into 6 subgroups by double dilute method. TI'Y liquid medium was used as control, and cultured with Streptococcus mutans, anaerobic cultured 24 hours. The cot, tent of insoluble exopolysaccharides was measured by anthtone method. Results The insoluble exopolysaccharides of Streptococcus mutans decreased gradually with the increase of each concentration of Rubrus Suarissimus S. Lee saponin. The control group produced more insoluble exopolysaccharides than those of experiment groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Rubrus Suarissimus S. Lee saponin and Xylitol can inhibt the insoluble exopolysaccharides produced by Streptococcus mutans.
