摘要
目的了解基层医院内分泌科医护人员对糖尿病饮食处方制定的掌握情况,分析其原因并提出解决的对策。方法采用问卷调查的形式对127名基层医院内分泌科医护人员进行调查。结果127名基层医院内分泌专科医护人员糖尿病饮食处方制定基本正确11名占8.7%,部分正确31名占24.4%,完全错误及空白卷85名占66.9%。结论基层医院内分泌专科医护人员对糖尿病饮食处方制定的原则基本不能把握,需加大力度对其进行培训或提供相应的工具书。
Objective To investigate basic hospital endocrinology specialized medical staffs on the diabetes diet prescription formulation of mastery, analyzing the cause and proposes the solution strategy. Methods 127 basic hospital endocrinology specialized medical staffs were analyzed by a questionnaire. Results 127 basic hospital endocrinology specialized medical staffs diabetes diet prescription formulation basic correct was only 11 （8.7%）,part correct was 31 （24.4%） ,totally wrong and blank volume was 85 （66. 9% ）. Conchtsion The basic hospital endocrinology specialized medical staffs dont know the basic principles about the diabetes diet prescription formulation,and it requires to reinforce the training or provide an appropriate reference tool.
