钛合金假体,偏离和视域大小对骨密度的定量CT测定的影响(英文)
EFFECTS OF TITANIUM PROSTHESIS,OFFSET AND SIZE OF FIELD OF VIEW ON BMD MEASUREMENTS USING QUANTITATIVE COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY
摘要
为了评价用定量CT测定假体植入后周围骨密度变化这一方法的可行比性,本文用人皮质育和松质骨试样研究了钛合金假体,偏离和视域大小对骨密度的定量CT测定精度的影响、取自新鲜人尸体胫骨的14个皮质骨和14个松质骨试样(分别组成两列)用于本研究。骨试样分别在含有或不含有钛合金假体、同轴(骨试样列的纵轴线与CT扫描平面的轴线平行且重合)或偏离(骨试样列的纵轴线与CT扫描平面的轴线平行但偏离14厘米)、10厘米或30厘米视域条件下进行CT扫描和图象重构。实验结果表明:当骨试样列的纵轴线与CT扫描平面的轴线同轴时,由于钛合金假作的存在对皮质骨和松质骨BMD测量值的平均影响都小于1%,视域大小对骨密度测量的影响也很小。然而,当骨试样列中插入钛合金假体时,偏离会引起BMD测量值的显著不同(P<0.0001)。因此,在临床中用定量CT测定假体植入后周围骨密度变化时必须考虑到这一因素。
To investigate the accuracy of quantitative computed tomography (QCT) as a method to measure bone density(BMD) In the vicinity of a titanium prosthesis, the authors investigate the effects of(1) titanium prosthesis,(2) offset of the longitudinal axis of bone to be examined from that of the gantry of CT scanner,and(3) size of field of view, and the combine of these effects on these measurements by use of cadaveric bone specimens.
