人股前区全厚、中厚和刃厚皮片垂直轴向本构关系及其意义 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过对股前区全厚、中厚和刃厚皮片垂直轴向拉伸试验,实验结果表明:它们的应力-应变关系为指数函数关系,材常数C(量纲)组间的比较依次为:全厚<中厚<刃厚,而材常数α(无量钢)组间的比较依次为:全厚>中厚>刃厚,并经t检验,刃厚支片的材料常数C和α与中厚或全厚去片相应的材料常之间的比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。从一定应变时增量弹性模量的组间比较结果依次为:全厚<中厚<刃厚,刃厚片的增量弹性模量与其它两组比较均有显著性差异,这说明表皮抵抗变形的能力最强,乳头层次之,网状层最弱。 Skin grafts of full thickness(group Ⅰ ), middle thlckness(group Ⅱ ) and epidermic (group Ⅲ )graft-skins at anterior areas of the human thigh were dissected for the vertical axial stretching experiment. Results showed that the vertical axial stress-train relationship in three groups could be expressed with exponential equation. Difference of the material constant C between groups is in proper ordert:group Ⅰ <group Ⅱ <group Ⅲ. But difference of the material constant α between groups is in proper order : group Ⅰ >group Ⅱ >group Ⅲ. The differences between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ or between group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ in material constant C and α are both statistically significant. The difference between three groups in the elastic modulus at same strain successively is: group Ⅰ <group Ⅱ <group Ⅲ. The differences between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ or between group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ in the incremental elastic modulus are both statistically significant. It was proved that the ability of resisting deformation is in proper orderf the epidermic layer>the stratum papilare cutis>the reticular layer.
