溢流染色机储布槽结构设计与分析

摘要 本文针对针织物溢流染色要求织物在储布槽中运行顺畅、摩擦小等特点,对比分析了各种储布槽结构特点,提出了J型储布槽的设计结构方案,建立了圆弧与直线耦合的J型结构储布槽几何模型。对坯布在J型储布槽中的运行过程进行了分析计算,得出J型储布槽底部应该采用圆弧形状,即J型储布槽出布口倾斜角度的最佳值为0°的结构设计依据。通过在储布槽底部增设导布底板等措施,可以减小坯布与储布槽之间的摩擦,使坯布运行更加顺畅。增加适当的快速回流槽可提高染液的回流效率。 The knitted fabric's movement must be smooth and its friction should be small in the cloth storage tank when it dyeing in the overflow dyeing machine. Focusing on those problems the structural designing of J-cloth storage tank is put forward in this paper based on the comparative analysis of various cloth storage tanks' structural char-acteristic. Then the arc-straight coupling geometric model of the J-cloth storage tank is established. Through the analysis of the fabric's running process in the J--cloth storage tank, this paper coneluded that the bottom of the J-cloth storage tank should be used the circular shape, namely the best J-cloth tank exit's inclination angle is 0° . Through setting the guide floor at the bet'tom of the storage cloth tank and another measure, the friction between grey cloth and storage cloth tank can be reduced, make the grey cloth operation becomes smoother. The reflux efficiency of dyeing solution can be improved by increasing the proper reflux apparatus.
