摘要
UOE和JCOE是目前大口径直缝埋弧焊管的两种主要成型方式。本文对比了UOE和JCOE的生产工艺,比较了二者在生产能力方面(管径、壁厚和生产效率)方面的不同,分析了UOE和JCOE管线管产品在残余应力、尺寸精度、屈强比等性能方面的差异。同时分析了UOE和JCOE的投资成本和生产加工成本,对UOE和JCOE的优劣进行了比较。
UOE and JCOE are two advanoed ways to produce large diameter longitudinal submerged welded pipe. The thesis mainly studies the production process of UOE and JCOE, comparing the differences of production ability (diameter, thickness and production efficiency ) between them, analyzing the differences of capability on residual stress, dimensional precision, yield ratio about UOE and JCOE. At the same time the paper analyzes the cost of investment and prime cost about UOE and JCOE, comparing the advantage and disadvantage between UOE and JCOE.
