摘要
对现有塑料模具浇道系统设计及分布进行概述分析,并对模具设计过程中的重点部位(竖浇道、主流道和浇口)进行细部优化,并提出相应部位设计中的注意点以及设计要点。最后提出流道分布对称的概念。通过有限元工具Moldflow来模拟塑料流动填充过程,从而验证对称性分布的合力性。
The paper gives an overview of analysis plastic mold runner of the existing distribution system design, mold design process and key positions (vertical runner, main channel and the gate)for detailed optimization, and the corresponding parts of the design point and the design attention points. Finally, it poses the concept of symmetric flow. Through the finite element tools Moldflow to simulate the plastic flow of filling process, which verifies the symmetry of the distribution of force.
