中国护理事业要发展、提高和完善，就必须培养出高水平的护理人才。思想是行动的先导，思想不稳固，不仅导致护理人才流失，而且也不利于护理事业的健康发展。本文分析和探讨了护理专业学生专业观方面存在的问题以及护理教育中的不足，提出了解决问题的方法和思路。

If Chinese nursing care delivery attends to be developed, enhanced and improved, we must cultivate a higher level of nursing talents. Thought is the precursor of action, unsteadiness of the leading thought not only result in the outflow of talents, but also do harm to the soundly development of Chinese nursing care delivery. This essay analyzes and discusses the existing problems about student＇s professional view and talks about the shortages in nursing education. In the end, it puts forward the train of thoughts and solutions to those problems.
