微泵输注丙泊酚-芬太尼静脉麻醉用于乳腺区段切除术

摘要 笔者所在医院对乳腺区段切除术以往多采用局麻或高位硬膜网阻滞(HEB)。但存在众所周知的危险性,局麻由于易产生阻滞不全,多数患者不愿接受,本文对微量泵输注丙泊酚-芬太尼静脉麻醉(PFIA)用于此类手术进行效果观察,现报道如下。
