The Thought and Countermeasure of Skill Personnel Training Model on the Employment-oriented in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 近年来随着高校的扩招,高等职业教育的规模得到快速发展,高职院校毕业生就业难的问题越来越突出。一方面,有的毕业生降低了就业的期望值仍找不到工作岗位;另一方面,有不少企业找不到满意的高技能人才。要解决这一问题,高职院校应进一步转变观念,创新教育教学体系和教学方法,加强校企合作、课程开发与"双师型"师资队伍建设。 In recent years, with enrollment colleges and universities, the size of higher vocational education had rapid development, but graduates from higher vocational colleges have more difficulties in employment. On the one hand, some graduates lower employment expectations still can not find jobs; the other hand, there are many enterprises can not find the satisfactory highly skilled personnel. To solve this problem, higher vocational colleges should further change ideas, innovate educational teaching system and teaching methods, enhance school-enterprise cooperation, curriculum development and 'Double-master' teacher construction.
